Our test
Our test of NoAdware was conducted on a PC running Windows XP, Service Pack 2. After a quick download and install, we were immediately prompted to update the program. The update was very fast, only taking 30 seconds to download and install.
Once loaded, the program has a simple interface featuring five main buttons along the right hand side: Scan My PC, Scan Files/Folders, Stop Scan, Update Protection, and Remove Items. Further options are available via the dropdown menus at the top.
Using the default options, our scan took 12 minutes and the product detected 18 items on our system. The items were listed as 13 registry items, 3 cookies, and 2 files.
